If you know these stupid cops, let your neighbors know how terroristic the cops can be. These are not cops but bullies worst than ISIS. The cops are becoming our number one enemy. This is happening in Philly- the cradle of liberty. Just walking down the street can give a cop an opportunity to abuse his authority and make a mockery of the law. Everyone in Philly needs to be aware of the enemy in police uniforms. These cops need to be fired. Americans did not fight for cops to become terrorists. The police uniform is now a symbol for terror.
