If you love that fence youre sitting on so much why dont you marry it? LoL I divorced that fence back when I was broke and poor. It only took a couple years of being fence free and I was able to afford to get out of the Job Racket, buy a house in cash, live my traveling dreams, put together fund raisers to feed the starving, and now im buying up all these GORGEOUS duplexes for low to mid income families to have a really nice place to live on a low budget. Im tellin ya fences make a LOUSY spouse, they rob you of your dreams, and they keep you from affording to be more generous! Divorce the fence and do something big its worth it =)
