If you think Headquarters in Bedale value your custom, think again... I took my eldest son for a haircut there this week and was charged £11. When I got home, I queried this with my husband who confirmed that he always pays £5 when he takes the boys. On Friday I noticed a sign in their window saying Gents haircuts £5. Unsurprisingly I was annoyed. I went in and asked why I had been charged more and was told that it was only one stylist on certain days. I wasnt very happy with the response or the way she spoke to me and replied that I felt inclined not to use Headquarters again. I would have expected a response to the effect of Im sorry you feel that way, what can we do to make amends? but no, I got a response of Fine!. I was speechless and left. I can live with having paid over the odds but her response to losing a customer was priceless. If they dont want our custom we will find someone else who does. I posted a comment about my experience on their Facebook page and they have deleted it and removed me from their friend list!
