If you wanna be a young man or girl over and over time whereas your kin is getting older than you, you can do the twin paradox theory. If you have been getting 2 years for travelling outside our earth and now still travelling, another people have been waiting you for 110 years absolutely occur if your spaceship travelling outer space with more than 90% speed of light (> 0.9 * 300 million m/s). Your time within spaceship gonna run slowly than other people who stand on earth. If your spaceship fly through opposite direction to earth, it become as time stopper within the people who stand on earth. else your spaceship fly through towards the earth, time will be run faster than you. (You can see about gravitational dilation) You inside spaceship would become a normal one. but your activities inside spaceship would be slowly as slow effect or matrix effect if anyone can see your activities from earth :). While you arrive to the earth and getting outside the spaceship. youll see your kin become older exact at the same time. In other hand, you can travelling with time traveler or time machine if you do this one. you would be younger than anyone who has same age as you was. E is present an energy variable, C is a speed variable, and M is a mass. If you wanna get almost of light speed, your mass will become higher than was. and your spaceship necessary high energy to get one. If you travel the space with almost speed of light, actually, your external environment is getting shorter.
