If you want to manifest more of something In your life you have to give it out as if you have it in abundance in a positive state with no expectation of an outcome for you. So for example wether it be money happiness or really anything when giving you have to do it cause you want to truly without any other intentions. I love happiness and change in me, others, and the world and we always can use more, i also have it in abundance therefor I love to help others gain happiness and change and make them happy and In turn raises my happiness which encourages my change. So me helping others is helping myself!
