Just Like in the Presidents case which was confirmed purely on account of fake Witness 4 (James Maina Kabutu) William Samoei Ruto case was confirmed on account of witness 658. Witness 658 told the Prosecutor that he was Present at Rutos Sugoi home when Ruto Chaired a meeting to Plan Violence. Witness 658 also told the Prosecutor that he was Present at Sirikwa when Ruto chaired a meeting urging Kalenjins to evict Kikuyus. Witness 658 also told the prosecutor that Ruto had send Arap Sang to the Late Lucas Sang Funeral in which inciting words were uttered and money contributed in that funeral for evicting Kikuyus., Witness 658 also told the Prosecutor that on the 100th anniversary of the Late Koitalel Arap Samoei Ruto uttered inciting words. On cross examination Witness 658 admitted to court that he has never been to Rutos Sugoi home or attended the Sirikwa meeting. It was Further reveled by a Video Funeral Clip played in the court that Ruto did not send Arap Sang to the Late olympian Funeral but he send Katwa Kigen and he was the one who read Rutos message something witness 658 was not aware of evidence of the fact that 658 was not at the Funeral. It was also reveled in court that Former President Kibaki attended the Koitalel anniversary in which the witness alleges that Ruto incited inciting words... The very inciting word Ruto uttered which the Witness heard was wazembe which according to the witness does not mean lazy but something else which he needed time to consult for the meaning.
