If youre looking for new ways to work the Pecs, try this awesome #Chest Flye variation..great finishing technique w/extended time under tension: Two different force angles are being brought into the equation (cable+dumbbell), & you can perform an extended drop set---- Perform reps (8-12) to failure with both cable resistance (attached to wrists with Velcro wraps) as well as Dumbbell force (while applying proper form/maximal pec tension/squeeze), then after failure with both, drop the dumbbells & continue with just the cables attached..then after failure with just the cables take them off & perform lighter dumbbell only flyes to failure, then finish off with as many bodyweight push-ups as possible. A few of these extended sets will have you torched at the end of your chest workout!
