If youre the type to restrict yourself to certain foods during the week and relax on the weekend cos you feel like you deserve it and you look good, thats totally fine. Ive been like that in the past. If youre the type to restrict yourself to a certain macronutrient intake each day and eat whatever foods you choose because you enjoy variety, thats totally fine too. Im exactly like that now. So why did I change my approach? Simple... You can only manage (and improve) what you actually measure. Plus, weekends were so exciting I found a way to make everyday just as enjoyable ;-) Track your macros. Track your training. Track your results.
