“Ignorance and Fear Creates Apathy because X people believe that Y people don’t Care”. Apathy is “the Establishment’s” Way of Controlling the Public’s Interaction with their Elected and Appointed Administrators and Employees. When things aren’t addressed, there is no problem and “the Establishment” needs to do nothing because they, “the Establishment” don’t hear nor see any problems. Government is here to serve the needs of the “Taxed Citizens”. It’s the duty of “the Establishment” to provide the best services, taxes can afford. It is also the Responsibility of the Citizens to interact with their Elected and Appointed Officials. So, if you don’t speak up, you get what you deserve, NOTHING!!!
