Ignorant people infuriate me. Saw someone on facebook making a comment towards another child mom about the fact her daughter doesnt talk saying she must not talk to her enough or read to her enough. Do you ignorant jack wagons ever think there another explanation before jumping to the bad mom conclusion. My son has a speech development issues, in our case, thats why he doesnt talk he learms new words then forgets the old ones, his only constant word is mom his brain just works a little differently than others, hes extremely intelligent just goes about things a different way, he knows what he wants to say & do his brain just has a hard time figuring out the steps to get to the end result. That doesnt mean im a bad mother who didnt raise her child right, I have read byron a story every single day since he developed ears in the womb, I have full blown conversations with him daily & because of his speech issue I verbally tell him & or use sign language to tell him every object he touches, all day everyday. So dont sit there & tell mothers they must be a bad mom because their child doesnt speak, open your closed minded eyes a bit.
