Im actually excited to go get these 225lb. front squats today! I find that some of my most exciting times in weightlifting is the rest period and just constantly saying thank you Jesus for the ability to do this (and cuz I be tired, lol). To be able to understand the complete aspects of Christ is to understand that in all we do, our aim should be for Jesus to get all of the Glory! So yes you gonna get this work in hearing of Christ but we are called to be doers, in life, in how we treat people, in how live in front of people, we that claim Christ, must do it to the best of our ability in all phases, lets get to work! oh yes...Jesus Is Lord...Period!
