Im baaaaaaack! Floor squats to press x20 Shoulder taps x 25 each side Bicep curls x 25 Triceps dips x20 Single arm upright row x 20 each side Squats x 50 REPEAT Ya Im shaking. And just so you know Im NOT a professional. I dont have a license in training. Im just giving you ideas and tips. My form might be off sometimes, I might have screaming kids, and it might look like I am struggling, probably cuz I am! lol. But I know that these work! So please keep that in mind ❤️
