Im back in Ontario! Lets see now.... 6 (7?) countries (OMG Ive lost count! LOL), 12 planes (not that I got on that many, some just made my life interesting for hours and/or days on end), many trains, a few buses, one limo and drop dead gorgeous private driver (!!) and a surprise strike of transportation unions in one country hours before I was attempting to leave it. (maybe they just wanted to keep me?) However... Many emails exchanged in airport waiting rooms, many emails exchanged while hanging around runways on air planes going nowhere at all. LOL and a lovely new source of info for a book Im working on (I now have a forensic biologist (and doctor) willing to be my Source of Information. OMG so happy!). Add to that the castles I hadnt expected to see, adventures found along the way, a country I never expected to be in, and new friendships forged in weariness, worry, and heat exhaustion..... My never-enough thanks go out to Craig, Emma, Anna, Chris, Phil, Antoon, Bart, Mandi, Tony, Kyle, and Mitch. Thank you European Travellers/Roma/Gypsies, Thank you United Kingdom of Awesome for being my only real home, Thank you Belgium for being quiet, exciting, and majestic, Thank you Greece for being friendly and flirty, Thank you Cyprus for being a delightful surprise and unforgettable experience. I gotta tell you...I had a surprising and wonderful and amazing vacation!! Did it go perfectly? Not even close. Do I regret a moment of it? Not a single one! Life is amazing when you just let it happen. Ive had a month I will never, ever, forget. For those of you in Youtube and Twitch that helped make all this happen... my biggest thanks to you. Youve given me a gift worth waiting a lifetime for. You will never be forgotten.
