Im confused... Guidelines say you can have 52-56g of pasta (uncooked in a meal)... However, once you have cooked your pasta you will have less than the recommended amount for cooked pasta!? And where is the rice? And then there is the calories that you burn eating whatever you have eaten that will move it up or down the scale... If you were crackers enough to eat 200g of celery you will probably burn more than that off digesting etc... so really, you will never eat 200g of celery ever, it would be like the never ending porridge pot... i wish pizza was celery :oD
