Im convinced that persons / reporters / commentators such as Clancy, the ability to track and harass and (yes) gather public & non-public (i.e. covert) information (aka spy) on people like him, and promulgate propaganda is one of the reasons why Bibi Netanyahoohoooo came to SiliconVly around this time last year to get CA Governor Jerry Browns signature on the S.V. Tech Partnership Agreement (which btw was witnessed by Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook & Jan Koum of WhatsApp; so, it should be obvious who the latter are working for). Also, I myself have had run-ins with pro-Israel commenters, and have been subject to all kinds of name-calling. So I know what THAT feels like. (I should also add that shutting up critics is pretty much the same way that the same conservative, arrogant, haughty rich & powerful Jews treated Jesus 2000 yrs ago; so, it looks to me like not much has changed.) Anyhows, I find it interesting that theres a word for this kind of PR, name-calling & shouting-down. I will remember the phrase Hasbara team and use it when to appropriate time comes. I wish Clancy the best. As for the role that the internet, internet firms & internet-tech business leaders & venture capitalists have to play in all this, I have found that I am just about the only analyst in the area whos connected the dots and has had the integrity & cajones to speak out on the problem. I hope others in the Valley will put aside their own fears of reprisal and join me in standing up to their power and enlightening the American people as to whats really going on.
