Im curious about people, #92 Over the weekend, I was at the Matt Griffin YMCA for a swim (they have a lap pool, as well as an activity pool, so they can keep the water in the lap pool a little cooler than elsewhere). I was stretching after my swim, when I saw a woman and a little child (a girl, I thought) at the other end of the pool deck. The child appeared to be stark naked. Or maybe with just panties on? The child was spending a long time with her hands clasped over her, sort of hiding her crotch. The woman was wearing hijab and she didnt seem to speak much English. I got the impression they were from Egypt, but I could be wrong. There was much conversation with the guard, and the woman and her child eventually went back in the dressing room. And presently came out with the child wearing... kind of like bicycling pants, only to below the knee. They were a purple. And apparently that was sufficient.
