Im currently in Morrocco, on retreat at the villa mandala. Its a day for looking forward both for myself and Cwtch Body and Sole, as I move into a new phase of personal development and away from full-time employment as an academic researcher. Its exciting, a relief and just a little scary! This morning I had my second thai massage / thai reflexology combo treatment with the wonderful Roanna Harstad of Resting Buddha Yoga. Both have been wonderful and Im looking forward to another in the morning! Already Im feeling so much better in myself, feeling re-energised and relaxed and ready for another yoga session in 30 minutes. Ill be back in Pembrokeshire on Saturday and do have a few appointments available for next week, so if if you are lucky enough to live in Pembrokeshire, or are holidaying in West Wales, why not take some time out for yourself, like I have.
