Im currently in quite a shock as good friend texted me that one of his best friends just died from falling down flight of stairs blood rushed out of nose & head, rushed to hospital, put on respirator, got pneumonia & died within a few days. Given my escalator incident from top to bottom & record of 2x down attic stairs, first time rushed out on a backboard & couldnt walk... Took months to recover & do yoga, second time I had large hematoma for 1.5 months that had to be surgically removed. Stairs are not a joke!!! And apparently my archnemesis in life for awareness & to slow down & hold the railing to embrace life & cherish it moment to moment & daily. So incredibly sad at the moment upon learning this horrific fall that ended in a good friend of a good friends death. What a warning!! And how unpredictable that at any moment a healthy being can die from something as simple as going down stairs.
