Im currently looking to hire customer service professionals For ATT: Details for the job are following: involves the handling of Customer Care and Billing inquiry call types; however, there will be some calls requiring some basic troubleshooting, explanations regarding Network and Coverage issues, and retention activities. Top Call Types include •Handle customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism •Strive to resolve customer issues with one call resolution Training is live you are taught by an live instructor Monday- Friday for 4 hours a day. Pay rate will be 8.00 when you START TAKING PHONE CALLS IN TRAINING. There after will once certified you will be paid 10.00 an hour Our payroll service are done by ADP payroll. We do have certification fees which all training fees are refundable after probation period of 90 days. This is so we know you took the training seriously. Fees are following 1. Background check of 12.95 2. CSP class that lets us know you are qualified before hire 19.99( Waived for all students and military which includes spouses, veterans. 3.
