Im eating at this Joomla day event I overheard a Joomla community member ask one of the catering people from the center. Can you not throw that food away and give it to the homeless? the hostess said We can not take the risk that a homeless person will get sick from being allergic and sue us. We had SO MUCH extra food. Im sad when hear things like this. Are we really this kind of society? We need government protecting us, we should not feel liable for handing out food. Someone could sick and a 1 in a million chance someone dies. Every good things comes with some risk. If any politician cared, they would be fixing issues that protect a better society.
