Im entering my 6th month of swordsmanship practice and 3rd month of 35 min per-day of training. At the beginning of all of this I was 262, then I dropped to 256, then 245, then back up to 250 in an intensive muscle-building excorcise that lasted about 4 1/2 weeks...Which is all my broken body can manage. Anyway, I got before photos on my old harddrive and on a memory disc that somehow got stuck in a camera at my moms house, and I am going to do an after photo at the end of October and November. To document my rise. Right now Im in what I call Fat Mark Strong shape, or long-limbed Vic Mackey Minus the being able to run 6 miles a day. (my dad walks about 4-5 miles a day which is more than I can do! Hes almost 65!) My biceps shrunk a full inch during this and in the past month Ive put a half-inch (ish) on my triceps and am really building my lats and gluts for the first time in years. All this to say, I still wake up with an 8/10 on my worst days, on the pain-scale. After I take my meds (which people who decide they want to get in a verbal argument with me always refer to me as a junkie for. A true character-reveal if Ive ever seen one) And itll drop down almost to a 3, which is semi-functional (where 0 would be where 99.9% of you are at on a daily basis: Nothing but minor aches and stuff that every halfway-in-shape-to-in-shape person on the planet has, a 1 would be actual pain that is causing you distraction and affecting your life. So on and so forth.)
