Im falling apart!! I tore my bicep brachialis snowboarding last year which is still healing (no pull-ups or pulling), did something to my rotator cuff 3 weeks ago (no bench, no pushing) which for some reason wont stop hurting and last week really hurt one of the disc in my low back during a squat set and couldnt stand for 3 days (still cant run). So today Im getting back on some type of bike (been riding a road bike for the past 4 days) as Its the only thing I can seem to do and not feel pain. This way I can still workout and stay athletic. This has been really hard for me. I dont know what I would do if I couldnt work out and I dont operate well unless Im doing something that test my physical ability in someway . Being an athlete has been my life and without it...Id probably wither away.
