Im going to be playing a Dwarven Summoner called Jepthar in an upcoming game to be run by Maxim Sheehy, and I have a question. So far weve established hes from a tribe of slightly inbred swamp-dwelling Dwarves who live in a village made from shipwercks. They have a tradition of worshipping their ancestors (as Dwarves do), but this takes the form of a Voodoo-like religion with dribbly candles and chickens and Dwarves getting possessed by their great-uncles and such. Jepthar is a Summoner, and can summon his ancestor spirits in the form of an albino feathered serpent with crocodile heads (each head represents a different ancestor). My question is thus: Jedthars Eilodon is awesome, but he doesnt seem to be able to do much himself. Is this standard for the Summoner class? He can cast grease a couple of times and has a crossbow, but is that about it?
