Im gonna vent a little. I need to let go of the past in order to move forward. I also need to accept that its okay if some people dont like me. Theres some people I dont like either. Theres a lot of people who do like me, I like as well & I need to be thankful for them. It hurts my feelings when people are unkind, but I choose to continue to try to live the way I learned from my moms example, which is: 1) Matthew 7:12 So in everything do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets. 2) Matthew 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you. 3) 1 Peter 3:9 Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing. 4) Romans 12:17-21 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge my friends, but leave room for Gods wrath, for it is written: It is mine to avenge; I will repay says the Lord. On the contrary: If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
