Im having a really bad day. One of those days when I just cant get my brain to pretend that theres any point in living. A week ago I sent an email to an archdeacon enquiring about a parish post thats up for grabs locally. It was only a tentative enquiry because thats all the advertisement asked for. But he hasnt even acknowledged my correspondence. Exactly the same happened the last time I wrote to him (that time about a non-stipendary post). Obviously he is pursuing the general policy of the Church of England towards me. Namely if they pretend I do not exist perhaps I will go away and die.
