Im looking for a business angel for the food truck project. I know I have the energy and know-how to make it work. What Im missing it the money to get it started. Since launching the crowd-funding project 24 hours ago Ive already gotten three events offers without even trying for them yet. I know I can get tons of events booked throughout Europe by combining authentic Cajun music and food with my love of sharing my culture. The popularity of Cajun food and music in has been growing steadily since a slight decline in the early 90s and I know all Europe needs now is someone to authenticate what is already happening here. Ive been building up to this for 5 years now, often considered the ambassador of Cajun culture in Europe because of my cooking, music, conferences, dance workshops, personality, etc., and I know I am the perfect person for this job. Its not just a fun idea, but a serious business with excellent potential for success. Weve got the professional kitchen reserved, weve got contacts in major commercial zones very interested in having us serve their blocks weekly and even in allowing us to park on their property, weve got interest from city halls around France to promote the link between this country and Louisiana, and weve got plenty of interest from events organisers. All we need is the truck.
