Im not about to claim that I know 100% of the details in the Michael Brown shooting any more than I did about Trayvon Martin. From what I have read, neither of them were exactly perfect little angels. I am also not about to claim that I know what its like to be a minority in this country either. However, when I see another cop or authority figure who doesnt know when to back off of using excessive force against anybody and get away with it, why isnt there any accountability ?? Just like people thinking they can bully somebody else because they think that their 2nd amendment rights to own a gun overrides somebody elses 1st amendment rights of free speech and freedom to assemble, police needs to realize that just because they carry a gun and wear a badge, that it doesnt mean they can bully the public either. Having said that, to the people of Ferguson, Missouri, do you really think that by looting and ransacking the black owned businesses that you frequent revenges Browns death ?? Why is it that in a suburb where if the majority of the town administrators and town police are white when over 60% of the town is black, what on Gods green Earth makes you think that they are going to have your best interests. By looting, stealing, ransacking and torching innocent peoples businesses, you are just as much thugs in all of this. Our country doesnt ask too much of us, but if you want your voices to really be heard, isnt that what voting is for ?? Its obvious that the people who are running your town arent representing you, but violence has never and will never get you what you want.
