Im not sure which sticks with me the most...that three years ago today I falsely woke up and went about my day, showing Albert Ng around Louisville as he visited like it was just another day with a lifetime of days like it ahead or that a mere 24 hours later I would angrily burst into my moms house to see my dad dead on the floor? In reflection, both days have been pivotal in my decreasing drama, increasing appreciation, saying I love you more, slowing down a lot, recommitting to my own holistic health, sharing that path with others who are interested...im sure Ill pontificate more tomorrow but for now, Im taking an early morning nap. Clients today and long day tomorrow. Be well, friends, be well and full of love.
