Im offering two financial instruments to anyone who might be interested. I can only entertain a limited amount of investors so Im sorry to those that I have to turn down. Be secure in the fact that this are not MLM or get rich quick schemes. These are based on traditional businesses. Thats why theyre tried and tested to bring money. This is not FOREX either. Currently finished doing the experimental stages of a start-up business. Invested around 75k and in less than two weeks from initialization Ive made 7k. Expected ROI is 3 months. Now I need investors to expand and upscale. Minimum partner investment is 30k and would earn the partner 2.5-5k per month. I will guaranty a minimum of 2.5k or 8.33% return per month. If profit should increase to accommodate a return of 5k or 16.66% per month for you then I will give the 5k. I could accommodate up to 5 more partners. The industry is Information Technology and Online Trading rolled into one. Not networking, not direct selling, not the get rich quick schemes that are riding the internet. Each investor can get invest a maximum of 150k. Though if you do invest the whole 150k I wouldnt need additional investors for at least 3 months. I could accomodate an additional 7 investors though if the next set of 7 investors would give an additional 10k each. Profit can easily be monitored by the software I am using and I will give you access so that you can see its hourly earnings. Computed annually the return would be 99.96% or 199.92% per month. It could mean double or triple your investment in a year. This of course comes with a written contract (notarized). Physical assets for each 30k investment can easily be liquidated in a months period and therefore gives you security in liquidity as well as a significantly lower risk factor. I am also accepting investors in my Printing Business and my Security and Private Investigation Agency Business as well as my Auditing and Accounting Business. I only need a total of 50k - 150k to expand for each business. Minimum investment per individual could only be 10k. Return would be 5-7.5 percent per 50 days. Holding period is 1 1/2 year. Total interest for one year would be 36.5%-54.75%. Guaranteed and with a written contract (notarized). Note that the interest is non-compounding. If you do not withdraw the interest monthly from the principal it will not roll or add-up. Those that will hold the amount for two years I could give a guaranteed 7.5%. You could choose from semi-annual to annual dividends. 50 day dividends can be release but only for half the interest. Total interest left off can be withdrawn after 1 year. Notice that the interests I have given are higher than any bank can give. Even for mutual funds (some mutual have funds can give higher return but a 100% increase in risk). Both investment opportunities will have a written and notarized contract indicating the returns Ive mentioned above as well as a monthly receipt indicating you have received the indicated amounts. All of said businesses are by the way housed in a main office in Quezon City and a provincial office in Nasgbu, Batanggas. All said businesses are run by a team of former lawyers, corporate managers, a former politician, an ex BIR Auditor, and a local celebrity/businessman (guess who? hehehehe), so be secure in the fact that your investment is going to the safe hands of experienced and talented individuals. Remember that the key to security in financial investments is diversifying. There is no harm in adding this to your investment portfolio. Specially for the small amount that is required. Note that these contracts will be tied to my several Companies hence they would definitely be legal and binding.
