Im often asked, what is it you do? what is a holistic pt? So here it is... The Holistic Approach – B-You-nique! Nowadays it’s become all about taking shortcuts and cutting down on time. We are in an age of instant gratification – fast foods, fast solutions and fast results. The quick fix approaches catch our fancy rather than the slower, more thorough, conservative and lasting approaches. Fitness too, is sadly falling prey to consumerism where people are lured by superficial and temporary claims of weight loss and of achieving that perfect body through crash diets where you starve your body in some form and crazy workout routines designed to push the body till you pass out or puke! What we really need is to develop a holistic approach towards fitness.
