Im so grateful that I have never ever had to change a flat tire. I still remember Dad trying to teach me and telling me that if you can change a tire you will never ever have to depend on a man. Well, that same day as he changed the tire, I got caught waving behind him with a big grim to every one that drove down Cypress Street. Once I was anxious to use the can of Fix a Flat that my X-Father-in-law gave me. I exited the driver door and went straight to the trunk and retrieved the can. Then I proceeded to the passenger side only to realize the tire was totally gone. It was good for a Sunday Dinner laugh! I really did travel the entire U.S. on retreads!!!! :)
