Im thinking that Daniels 70th week of years - aka the Tribulation period, might not start with the 7 year treaty being signed like we were always taught. Here is why I think its a possibility that the Tribulation start is triggered by a different event than the treaty being signed. The treaty looks like it could be the result of the first seal judgment. The signing of the treaty is accomplished when the antichrist goes forth conquering and to conquer. He conquers by getting the treaty signed......through peace he will destroy many. Diplomacy is his weapon. Daniel 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand. If thats the case.........and the treaty being signed IS NOT the event that restarts the clock on Daniels 70th week, then WHAT could start the Tribulation period?? Since it paused when He left, doesnt it follow logic for it to start back up when He returns?? The Trib starts before the seals are opened. It looks like this week of judgment (7 years) coincides with a seven year treaty....but the treaty is broken at the midpoint, so the two might not match up as close as we think. That means the tribulation period could be the first seven years of the new millennium. Weve always thought the millennium starts at the end of the Tribulation period.....BUT DOES IT?? Could the first seven years of the millennium be Daniels 70th week? POSSIBLE. Daniel 9:24. Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. The King shows up, seven years of changing management and remodeling - and then OUR JESUS is on the throne forever!!! Scriptural possibilities.........:) Believe only what you can see yourself in the Word....:)
