Im totally scunnered ! Told my new phone /door swap was due today took the day off work sitting in like a plum and then got a txt msg ..good news your phone will be with you on Tuesday ..told I would get it on Monday!! Phoned customer service got one cheeky mare that spoke over me and wouldnt listen hung up on her called back got passed to 4 different people then got cut off as recorded msg wanted my phone number and then a code to get transferred to the right department got cut off again then finally the 6th person I called told me as a good will gesture id get £5 off my bill ! £5 thats it ! Not a happy bunny ! Was actually going to order another pay only sim contract so we all could be on Vodafone but Im thinking not now this is the 3rd phone swap jeez. !!
