Im wondering if all or other chiweenies do what my Mandy does...I give her a treat every morning in her food dish along with a handful of food. She promptly takes the treat and runs away somewhere else to eat it. She does NOT stand at her food dish to eat EVER! I leave the food dish out all day (maybe thats the problem if this is even a problem) and during the course of the day, shell stop by and get a morsel of food and take it somewhere else to eat. She also frequently will take a morsel of food and put it near a baseboard or in the corner of an area in a room as though shes burying it for later. If Im not home, she wont eat until I get home...but never at her food dish! (I obviously feed her dry dog food!)
