Imagine not knowing whether you have a job or not, imagine going 2 weeks and working in a stressful environment. I think that some people need to cut the associates some slack. You certainly cannot expect them to be warm and cheery all the time. Think about it, what can you do to boost them up? Donuts and coffee for the early arrivals, pizza for the lunch crew, fresh baked goods or ice cream for the afternoon supporters, and then something to get them through the night. It s a small investment that is greatly appreciated. These associates expect nothing, yet when you reach out and bring them something you see the joy in their faces, it rejuvenates them. I challenge you all to do something tangible to support your store. Not everyone can hold a sign, but certainly you can drop something off that will make the difference and help get them through the day. As and added extra it lets them know exactly how much they mean to you! Store number 8 is #1 to me!
