Imagine that this is the first day of life in the institution described in the VISION and pray as you listen; pray for the realization of that vision. O God who hast given us a vision of a hall, where devout worship might be offered and godly instruction given, unless thou dost build this hall, our labor is but lost, for we are nothing and have nothing save what thy love doth bestow: so send, we beseech thee, thine Holy Spirit upon us to stablish that thou hast wrought and fulfill that thou hast inspired. Grant, O Lord, that we may desire nothing save thy will, and do nothing save for thy glory, that so souls be saved and sanctifiied,and thy Holy Name glorified. Grant this, O merciful Lord, not of our goodness, but of thy grace; not for our greatness, but for thy glory, to whom be all glory through Jesus our Lord, in the unity of the Holy Ghost, world without end.
