Imagine this.... Your neighbour knocks on your door, a neighbour youve known all your life and trust whole heartedly, he tells you that God spoke to him through an Angel, and gave him laws that we must all now follow, not just you but everyone... What will you think?... You would either think his crazy, or as in the old days possessed or now we would think his imbalanced or just lost it... But this is what every prophet had to go through, now a days its easier to comprehend religion as so many others believe as you do but imagine the beginning... Take Jesus, he had to convince the people through miracles and reason, and Mohammed (saw) had to convince through revelation and reason, but think of Moses ( Pbuh ) he had dialogue and showed miracles and still pharaoh and his people did not believe... Scepticism is a normal response to tall claims like God, and its not new... All our prophets that spoke on behalf of our Lord God had to overcome this scepticism and did so... Imagine being the first believer and everyone saying youre crazy and warning everyone not to believe you... The fact God still remains strong in our hearts is a testament to his existence.... Prophets are smart and noble people, God chose the best to deliver his message, cause all these messengers knew the task was not easy and yet followed God cause they knew it to be true... We must also consider that the message messengers presented to their families, friends, community and people in the end was supported by God through signs and miracles... Take Jesus, (Pbuh) God taught him the injeel and gospel so that he could correct the rabbis... If you study historical miracles you will see staff turning to snake, water parting, dead given life, illnesses cured ext, but for Muslims the miracle was not just visual but also the spoken words the recitation we now know to be the Quran... The reason the Quran is an audible spoken miracle is because it had to be carried forward and outlive the messenger of God... If you talk to someone of Christian Jewish tradition of faith, you think of miracles they consider it for something to be seen, (visual), for the most part, a blind person able to see again, a leaper being cured ext, the miracle of the Quran is less for the eyes to see and more for the ears to hear and heart to comprehend .... The words of the last testament have to be carried forward, but for a believing Christian when a Christian tells his son I saw Jesus give sight to the blind, that story then is narrated to the following generations the eye witness part is lost... The end result it becomes a story you can believe or not its completely up to you... This brings us to the sceptic ideas we have today... The final messenger ( saw ) left us a miracle we can look into even though his gone.... Im not talking about the Qurans spiritual power, thats no doubt but I speak of its intellectual power... The Quran was revealed to Mohammed ( saw ) as a recitation and not a book, its very important to understand that right from day one the revelations were being memorised, ( yes some were written on leafs, skin, tablet, stone ext ) but mainly Mohammed (saw) made it a tradition and culture for the revelations to be memorised as to never get lost... Many will tell you it is the literal word of God but I would ask you to also consider that it is the literal word of God inspired to Mohammed ( saw ) the nature of the Quran questions the authenticity of the other two revelations, but one must remember Jesus made the same claim to the commandments... So its not new... Because of its nature the Quran is the most bashed, studied, and read book of our century... Its not a book of science or a book of stories but a revelation correcting the religious text through signs and questions, and gets to the point of issues... We have false claims and fabrications made by certain people but honestly to this day NO ONE has been able to point a finger or fulfil the challenge laid by God in the Quran... NO ONE... The Quran is easy to remember and written in a miracle form of Arabic for instance and declare the greatness only of your lord God is the same read backwards or forwards... In the miraculous words of the Quran its not just what God says but how he says it makes it a divine miracle... Tens of millions of people have memorised the Quran, the Quran is a divine miracle of literature, prophesy, science, warnings, accurate past events and future events, questions, wisdom and truth... It has been preserved 100% (dont listen to fabrications, study the truth and youll see) 100% in its spoken language for over 1400 years... The Quran speaks to all mankind on a general basis without regard to race, tribe, colour, social position, financial condition or genealogy... Any truthful, sincere, unbiased, researcher of the truth can only reach one conclusion regarding this amazing recitation the Quran and that is, it is the revealed recitation of God to prophet Mohammed ( saw ) even Doctor Maurice said that the Quran could not be any copy or made up due to its own proclamations... Its not completely in line with any other text but rectifies them... If you really believe in God read the Quran the cohesion and coherence of the Quran smashes false claims and allegations against it... I urge you to read a man who studied the Arabic language and the Quran to full extent and became Muslim dr Maurice and his book Bible Quran and Science, I assure you that it will open your eyes to the truth... In conclusion Id like to Say the Quran is A Miracle because it has withstood time with dignity and honour... God says I have revealed the ultimate reminder. In the Quran, he also says we have made the Quran easy to remember, to this day the only book thats memorised by hundreds of millions of people despite background, creed or colour is the Quran by the letter beginning to end... God say I protect this revelation from corruption and to this day we all read the same Quran these few statements and the fact theyre true in itself is a Miracle... Alfu Miah....
