Immediate Opening Customer Care Representative The Rocky Mount Telegram has an immediate need for a full-time Customer Care Representative at our modern Hunter Hill location. Must have desire to provide unparalleled customer service for our readers and advertisers. Must enjoy selling and have a proven sales record. Must be able to type at least 40 wpm, work independently and multi-task. We’re looking for a reliable, self starter who can excel working independently and as part of a team. Must also be comfortable making collection calls and outbound sales calls on a daily basis. This full-time position pays a competitive hourly wage plus commission opportunities that can exceed $300 monthly once fully trained. Requires six weekend hours and two evening hours each month.
