Immediate Opportunity $250 Sign On Bonus (after 90days) Tile and Stone Warehouse has multiple openings for a Sales Consultant position in Merriam KS. This is an inside sales position providing customer service and sales assistance for walk-in customers and phone support for call-in customers. This is an hourly position plus a company sales bonus. Hours of work will be scheduled around hours of operation Monday – Sunday. Interviewing for both Full Time and Part Time positions, Must be able to work Saturday (9-5) Able to work BOTH Saturday and Sunday would be a plus Responsibilities: Taking customer product orders Customer service in person & over the phone Resolving customer issues Scheduling customer deliveries Constantly improving our customer service Requirements: Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and a team player Proven success in a sales environment Outstanding interpersonal skills Effective communication skills Be self-motivated (follow through on customer requests from beginning to end) Previous customer service and/or showroom sales experience Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Applications a plus As you grow in our Company we will: Provide additional opportunities for you (responsibilities, position, and pay) Listen to your suggestions on how to provide better service Work hard to create/maintain a great team This is an opportunity to join a fast growing but small business with an open mind and a desire to always be better tomorrow than we were yesterday.
