Immigration Update: On 11th July 2014 the Court of Appeal made a crucial decision with regards to spouse/partner and children of British/Settled Person Applications. As a result of this decision, the Court of Appeal upheld The Home Offices financial threshold requirement. This means that any spouse/partner/unmarried partner and any additional child applications which were put on hold since July 2013 will receive a decision on their applications from 28th July 2014.
