Immigration was 20th on a list on priorities till Dems began to ramp this issue up to hide the disasters of Obamacare, the scandals, energy, unemployment. Now illegal is still illegal. There has to be a way to close and protect the borders and at the same time, get legal immigrants a safe pathway to US citizenship. My bet is some illegals just want work and thus, no citizenship should be promised to them but a way for work should be affirmed. As to kids, no anchor babies. None for anyone , any race. That takes an Amend or at least a workable solution to deal with some Const. language. But, separate citizenship seems a wrong way to have welcome citizens who want to assimilate to become Americans. And no amnesty. And English has to be learned. No more excuses. One does not cave just because the whiners bray the loudest. Do this in an orderly manner and please stop the Biblical reasoning which does not pertain to this problem at all. Illegals are still unlawful. Period.
