Implementation Specialist (REMOTE) Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing client support through the installation process including the assessment (walk-through) and implementation (roll-out) of CyraCom technical applications supporting interpretation and translation at medical facilities. An incumbent regularly exercises independent judgment within accepted practices and makes recommendations about policies and procedures. Tasks are multiple and varied. Exceptions to policy and procedure are referred to the supervisor. May lead the work of, or train others. This position is distinguished from the Senior Implementation Specialist in that it does not have project management or supervisory responsibilities. Essential Functions (Major Duties and Responsibilities): • Travels to client location; assesses client healthcare facility phone systems for contract implementation. • Analyzes problems encountered to needs assessments and recommends technical solutions. • Plans and coordinates installation for new clients. • Creates welcome packets and sales support packets. • Trains client staff both on-site and remotely and provides overall support for new clients. • Prepares reports outlining implementation strategies/issues/plans. • Orders phones and supplies. • Follows up on reports to ensure implementation issues are addressed in roll-out. • Keeps management and client informed of implementation progress. • Schedules and arranges travel to client healthcare facilities. • Meets with clients; presents a professional image and demeanor when representing the company. • Implements awareness/education programs. • Follows all CyraCom policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and ethics. • Attends all required training. • Uses standard office equipment such as telephones, smart phones, tablets, computers, copiers and fax machines. • Uses MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel. • All employees are required to perform the following essential functions: demonstrate predictable, reliable and timely attendance; follow written and verbal directions and complete assigned tasks on schedule; read, write and communicate in English; communicate in person and by telephone in accordance with CyraCom policy; learn from directions, observations and mistakes; work independently or as part of a team; interact appropriately with others including co-workers, supervisors and customers; and work with supervision, receiving instructions/feedback, coaching/counseling and/or corrective action. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Technical knowledge of CyraCom telephonic and video equipment used in interpretation and translation. • Technical knowledge of hospital phone systems and ability to determine where LEP activity will take place. • Knowledge of creative marketing tactics. • Knowledge of CyraCom policies, procedures and guidelines and ability to follow them. • Skilled at making efficient travel arrangements. • Skilled at communicating effectively with a diverse client base. • Skilled at critical thinking and problem resolution. • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. • Ability to constructively represent the company. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to remain flexible while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize work and manage competing priorities. • Ability to appropriately use initiative and work independently. • Skilled at keeping supervisor informed of problems or issues. • Skilled in the use of spreadsheet and database applications as well as Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Ability to operate competently common office equipment, including, but not limited to, computer, fax, copier, tablet, smart phone and telephone system. • Ability to travel away from the primary office location up to 75 percent of the time, including overnight stays. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: • High school diploma, GED or equivalent with some post-secondary college or technical school education in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Networking or directly related field; three (3) years of progressively responsible customer service experience with strong personal computing, smart phone and tablet skills; or any equivalent combination of directly related education and experience. • Preferred: Training experience, healthcare background and/or phone system expertise. Working Conditions: Physical Demands: This position requires a medium level of physical demand, exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly. This position is required to continuously see; frequently hear, talk, bend/stoop, walk and stand; and occasionally sit, climb stairs, kneel, squat, finger, feeling (touch), operate controls with feet and hands (driving). Environmental Factors: This position works in a healthcare facility environment with a moderate level of noise.
