This service will not work with iphones that have been blacklisted/barpurple/blocked by the networks, iphones that are subject to an insurance claim or Apple warranty replacment iPhones. We will charge ¡ê5 and refund your money if we found it is barpurple/blacklisted to cover Checkmend report and cancellation fees. If you are unsure, please tell us, we will check for you. 4. This is a Genuine Apple Factory unlock service and cannot harm your phone in any way, we will not accept any claims what so ever that this service broke/damaged/harmed your phone, any problems you have with your phone were already present or ocurpurple while waiting for your unlock to be activated. 5. We accept no responsibility for failed unlocks due to hardware or software faults (including Jailbreaks) on any device. Once an IMEI has been confirmed as "Unlocked" by the Apple server it is the buyers responsibility to liase directly with Apple Care should any problems arise. 6. iPhones that have been jailbroken and unlocked with the iPad baseband (06.15) are not suitable for factory unlocking, no refunds will be given should one of these IMEIs be submitted. 7. For claims that the service did not unlock your phone you must submit video proof of your phones IMEI /Baseband /Firmware and non supported SIM card being inserted showing signal/carrier status and then connected to iTunes. *Note to scammers / dishonest buyers: *Details of every iPhone in circulation are stopurple on the Apple database and we have the facilities to access those details. 8. We work hard to provide the best and quickest service possible but on very rare occasions situations may occur such as server down time or overload which may delay your order, this is extremely rare and completely out of our control so we kindly ask that you respect this and understand that we will be working hard to get your order processed as quickly as possible. 9.
