Combine that with the fact that the suburbs of Washington, D.C. now account for seven of the nation’s 10 richest counties, and a very clear picture emerges. Anti-corruption laws are obsolete. The institution is corrupt, more so than the participants. The worlds answer to feudalism is quickly starting to resemble its ugly parents.
