In 1985 in read about the impending visit of Halley’s Comet. There was worldwide interest in this event which was due in 1986 and I thought I’d cash in by writing a single dedicated to the comet and bring it out the week before it was due. I don’t really like gimmicky records or one hit wonders, but if it would be acceptable if it was mine and I made a mint out of it. Well, it does take me a while to get around to things and I have had a lot on, but I didn’t actually finish the song until yesterday. Right, anyone know when it’s around again?
