In 1999 Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi did not win election into the Rivers State House of Assembly rather through the magic of the Odili‘s he found himself in the hallowed chambers,Chidi Lloyd was aspiring for a councillorship position and Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi manipulated him into the Rivers State House of Assembly. In 2007 Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi did not win elections as the Governor of Rivers State but through the gallantry of Nyesom Wike he landed at the Brick House so it continued in 2011 that the same Nyesom Wike as Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi campaign manager braved all odds to ensure that Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi in the face of the rejection by Rivers people and the stiff challenge from Celestine Omehia returns to the Brick House.No Vacancy. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi first tenure achieved some coherence because of the presence of Nyesom Wike while his second tenure is a significant failure. So today Nyesom Wike is a villain just like Mary Odili at the twilight of Peter Odili‘s administraion. What an Amaechi world!
