In 2009-2010 I served my country. Upon my return Suffolk County - TopicsExpress

In 2009-2010 I served my country. Upon my return Suffolk County was in a Labor Dispute over our military payback. I did everything I was supposed to do, followed all protocol and requests made by the county. I even tried to pay back but was told NOT to because of Labor dispute over a MOA(Memorandum of Agreement) that was in place. The first notice I got from the County was given to me by a process server who came to my house on a Sunday and had derogatory things to say to me in front of my kids. Through a long process with my Union they County successfully overturned a MOA and my Union and I agreed to a payback. My payback was for $23,000, I used some time I had on the books and I am currently doing a payroll deduction till I pay off the remaining balance. This could not be negotiated however the County demande $300 plus every pay cycle(10%) of my gross pay which come out to a little over $700 a month and the months I get paid 3 times its $1,000 plus. Now the reason I am ranting about this now again you ask? Well heres why, the LIRR Fraud(this being criminal, my issue was a labor dispute NOT criminal) The Fraudster Christopher Parlante STOLE $294,717!!!! US District Judge Kimba Wood in Manhattan orders him to payback $25 (not a typo) a month. I suck at math but thats 980 years to pay back.(I had to have paid back within 3, oh and I get charged interest yearly) If Mr Parlante lives to be 100 he would only repay $11,700, a hell of a lot less then what I will pay back in 2 years and I served HONORABLY while he was a THIEF!!!! So this is the way OUR legal system works? So this is how we treat Veterans while we treat criminals like royalty, this is my rant to show you how broken our government is! This is disgusting!
