In 2013, we were able to help the following children with cancer and their families because of you- 520 children, chemotherapy 88 children, oral antibiotics 358 children, intravenous antibiotics 12 children, transport to home/hospital 22 children, diagnostic imaging (CTscan, MRI, 2D echo) 15 children, special labs (immunophenotyping, urine catecholamines, etc) 33 children enrolled at School at Hope 426 children and 573 caregivers staying at Hope countless children and families during our TGIF feeding every Friday and when you celebrate your special days with us. (one child may receive assistance several times according to need) We maximize our limited resources by tapping governmental and other NGO support for our patients. We stand in the gap when these are not available. The gap is wide and continue to grow as more patients survive and access our care at SPMC.
