In Bangkok with love All our bags are packed and were ready to go.... Leading a team for a 10day mission here in Bangkok was a life-changing experience for me and the rest of the team. It was a great and amazing mission experience. We learned to love this nation, the people, the culture and the food as well. We learned to appreciate the heart of God for this nation despite of the culture and language barrier. People here are so kind and gentle. The streets are full of life....clothing and food business are everywhere. The food is incredibly delicious and cheaper... But one thing that fascinates me about the people of Thailand is the respect and love of the Thais to their king. For the past 11 days of understanding and learning their culture, I was in awe of that love and reverence that the people have shown unlike in our nation that people lambast anybody especially the highest official of the land. No wonder were not prospering as a nation. It is my prayer that the nation of Thailand will one day experience and acknowledge the God of the universe and the one true King! One of my highlights here is drinking this Big delicious Yakult for the past 10 days.
