When we check reasons why we directly want to label it as black metal, we see it is because the feelings it gives. It gives hatred. The lyrics, and the vocal harshness makes this, combining suitable rhythm of the song, allowing transfer of the message and feeling. Yes, this is a music of hatred. Dont think we label it automatically black metal because of it is from Satyricon. Another song, Phoenix, is not like that. Though that Phoenix song also belongs to a particular spiritual path, the same spiritual path, both by its lyrics, and the feelings it transfers, but its not black metal. We dont give the genre name by spiritual practice it does. So, it is hatred. ** Not all hatred is black metal, of course. There are bands doing black industrial music, like MZ.412, and full of hatred. But it is not metal. Though you would like it more easily, if you like black metal. Anyways. What is the point in all of this? Some art, works on hatred. Thats true. Even many genres has this feeling as their main difference points from other genres in their artistic groups. ** Humans hate. Is it good, or bad? Humanity usually associated hate with bad. Is it necessary? As well as labeling it bad, humanity also does not want to see it as necessary, Should we hate? It can be a wise thing to stay away from somethings. An auto-protection. Is it only this it helps? No, it also gives creativity in very different ways. So, hatred is useful. ** Is hatred harmful? It can be very harmful. You look the news? No comments necessary, right? ** But poisons are also harmful, though if used correctly, they are medicine. ** What differentiates various groups, religions and ideologies from each other which involve hatred inside? Look: the dynamics of a machine is physical rules based. And humans work like a machine, but dynamics are by the ideology, rules of beliefs, world view and system installed into mind. Feeling is, the various kinds of inputs into the machine. Perhaps, yes, it is a high voltage input to it, in case of hatred. But, if processed with stable and powerful softwares, just like in case of Left Hand Path ideology, it does not harm anyone, instead, raises greatest minds. ** A similar distinction is for this: Some think that any kind of ideological dedication is the same. Wrong. Conceptually, and also functionally, dedication is only a mood. A mood can be created by various things. Ones dedication may come from its feeling to person, while someone others dedication may come from a greater grasping realized in Understanding. Imagine an ideology starting by saying you should reject all ideologies, and all conceptions you -and others- hold are plain wrong. So, the ideology does all things together, it is the supreme ruler of the person, and it also decides on what kinds of dedicated people it creates. Or, what this dedication means, and how it behaves in certain cases and times. Ideology also decides on these. An ideology of rejecting everything and everybody, is not the same with another one which orders you to obey. The core processors are like completely different principles. It is like, one of them is Chaotic Neutral, while the other one is Orderly (claiming to be) Good. This last terminology was from some fantasy role playing games, which are professionally practiced in many creativity teams for long years. Anyways, as you see, it is the beliefs and creeds themselves, or absence of them, decides the function of an ideology. The creeds themselves, decides the character and deeds of its followers. The creeds themselves, makes those ideologies and beliefs, worthy or harmful, for the human society. ** For these reasons, trying to stabilize societies harmful religious structures by softening, or image-making for wrong creeds is not enough. The only solution is giving extensive philosophy educations in primary schools, together with comparative theology lessons. This is the necessary base protection and processing systems for young minds. West should do it, in my opinion. They can start it, thus it can spread the rest of humanity. But.. Even West is not willing to give up blaming human nature, and still insisting to not correct publicly available ideologies.. Perhaps they can start the correction process by not blaming emotions, or not shouting like this fight against hatred.., but instead admit the real problem is in wrong or insufficient thinking, NOT understanding, and wrong calculations about life, and its goals. So, perhaps, West should start discuss ideas, not emotions. Some said this like, We should fight with them ideologically. Yes. Indeed. Thats it. It is not an emotion issue. It is an ideology issue, wrong ideas, wrong ideologies. Because the human mind, human processing system, run by ideas. The programs are ideas. All others, are just inputs, outputs or some other things. Programs, the codes, are ideas. Not emotions. Banning, blaming, or fighting with an emotion, is like, opening warfare against high bitrate downloads since it slows down the general internet connection. It is natural, though, how you use it, is decided by the programs you process the input with. It is all with the code, with the ideas.
